Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for the public payroll-deductible loan lines (Consignado Público), responsible for the strategic and operational evolution of products from conception through production support.
- Lead the creation of new products, improvements and features, ensuring alignment with business needs, customer experience, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst;
- Experience with financial products, preferably public payroll-deductible loans (consignado público);
- Strong command of backlog management, functional requirements, user stories and prioritization;
- Experience analyzing KPIs, product metrics and making data-driven decisions;
- Knowledge of core systems (experience with Sistema Função is a plus);
- Strategic vision and critical thinking;
- Ability to influence stakeholders and make autonomous decisions;
- Clear, concise and business-oriented communication;
- Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile;
- Maturity to operate in complex and regulated environments.
