Responsibilities
Handling general administrative tasks

Monitoring incoming payments
Communication with relatives and legal guardians
Managing the facility cash book and overseeing residents' personal funds expenditures
Maintaining internal lists and statistics
Recording and maintaining general master data
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role (preferred)
Enjoy working independently and in a structured manner
Reliability, absolute discretion and confidentiality when handling personal data
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Respectful attitude towards people with disabilities
Identification with the values and mission of the Evangelical Church
