About the role

Pädagogische Fachkräfte im Bereich der stationären Jugendhilfe für die Diakonie Hochfranken. Verantwortlich für die Unterstützung und Erziehung zur Selbständigkeit bei Klienten in Schwarzenbach.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for organizing and structuring the special education/pedagogical work with individual clients and the overall group
The focus is on fostering independence and supporting personality development, as well as providing assistance with placement into the primary labour market
Crisis intervention in difficult life situations

You have professional experience, especially in residential care, and an interest in intercultural work
The ability to work independently and flexibly is required
You are resilient in crisis situations
You are willing to participate in supervision and further training
A valid driving licence (Class B) is required

Remuneration in accordance with the AVR Bayern collective agreement
Previous experience in the field may be additionally recognised
Additional annual special payment (80% of one month’s salary)
