About the role

  • Support-Consultant for SAP IS-U systems ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborating on process improvements in the energy sector with a focus on customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP IS-U systems and connected peripheral systems (1st–3rd level support)
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and optimize performance in the SAP environment
  • Technical and functional monitoring (SAP IS-U, B2B, EDIFACT converter)
  • Perform health checks and system monitoring as part of day-to-day operations
  • Serve as a point of contact for our customers on energy-sector processes
  • Contribute to process optimizations and improvements of internal workflows

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in IT support, consulting, or an SAP environment
  • Knowledge of SAP IS-U and ideally ABAP (reading/debugging)
  • Understanding of energy-sector processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial workflows)
  • Enjoy working in a team, solution-oriented mindset, and continuous willingness to learn
  • Fluent German, written and spoken
