About the role
- SAP Berechtigungen Inhouse Berater managing roles and permissions in SAP systems. Supporting user interactions with SAP S/4 HANA and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintenance and analysis of SAP authorizations and roles
- Design and administration of SAP Fiori-specific authorization elements
- Support users in the use of the SAP S/4HANA system
- Coordinate with business units regarding their requests and requirements
- Perform acceptance testing
- Support the SAP key-user organization
- Support and accompany SAP-related projects
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in a business or IT discipline
- Solid knowledge of commercial processes (procurement, sales, logistics)
- Experience in an IT environment (e.g., Product Owner / process owner)
- SAP experience in authorizations, role maintenance and Fiori concepts
- Knowledge of SD and MM modules in S/4HANA is desirable
- High degree of self-organization and quality awareness
- Willingness to shape processes with a conceptual working approach
- Very good German language skills, at least C1 level
- Team player with strong communication skills and confident presence
