- Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM optimizing SAP-HCM system landscape with focus on PA, PY, and PT. Collaborating with international stakeholders for project management and functional consulting in HR.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimization of the international SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on PA, PY and PT
- Analysis and further development of HR processes
- Customizing, error analysis and preparation of statistics
- Participation in process harmonization and transformation
- Management and implementation of HCM projects, including testing of support packages
- Close collaboration with international stakeholders
- Professional project and service management
Requirements
- SAP HCM consultant certification
- Practical experience in at least one core module (PA, PY, PT)
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Ideally a background in payroll/tax
- Experience in SAP HCM customizing
- Initial project experience (e.g. S/4HANA-related topics)
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication skills
- High flexibility and agility in a dynamic HR-IT environment
