About the role

• Senior SAP RISE Testmanager at Ivy Partners coordinating SAP migration tests and automation standards. Leading integration tests across 40-50 interfaces with a focus on compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define and take responsibility for the end-to-end test strategy, test plan and governance for the SAP RISE migration.
• Coordinate integration testing across SAP and 40–50 interfacing systems, working closely with internal interface owners and the SAP partner.
• Establish and oversee approaches and standards for test automation using Tricentis Tosca.
• Develop test concepts, scenarios and acceptance criteria aligned with compliance and data integrity requirements.
• Lead test execution phases (e.g., on DEV and beyond), monitor progress, manage defects and report status to stakeholders.
• Align test activities within the SAFe framework, collaborating with QA and Release Train structures where applicable.
• Plan and manage work waves, scale efforts during peak periods and optimize resource allocation during quieter phases.

Requirements

• An experienced Test Manager with deep expertise in SAP and SAFe who can lead complex, compliance-driven testing for an SAP RISE migration, coordinate numerous interfaces and drive automation with Tosca in a mixed-vendor environment.
• More than 9 years of experience in test management; senior/leadership level preferred.
• Strong experience in SAP testing and familiarity with RISE with SAP.
• Proven experience in interface/integration testing across large landscapes (40–50 systems).
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (test design, automation approach).
• Experience working within SAFe, collaborating with Release Trains/QA.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Language skills: German (mandatory, ~90% of the project context) and English for collaboration with offshore vendors/providers.
• Stakeholder management across internal teams and the external SAP partner.
