About the role
- Regional Security Manager at Dexcom leads security for offices across EMEA. Overseeing incident response, security assessments, and vendor management in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary security liaison for all office, manufacturing, and R&D sites across the EMEA region.

Requirements
- 8-12 years of security experience.
- At least 4 years in government or law enforcement.
- 2 additional years corporate security experience.
- Minimum of 2 years management or lead experience.
- Strong crisis-management capabilities.
- Experience leading emergency responses.
- Ability to coordinate tabletop exercises.
- Skills in vendor management and overseeing SLAs.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP).
- Active member of security communities (i.e., ASIS) to stay current.
