About the role

Responsibilities

• Create advanced analytical reports, elasticity studies and scenario simulations to forecast the impact of pricing on sales, margins and EBITDA, providing critical insights to management on profitability in construction projects;
• Manage and perform parameterized price uploads in SAP, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance in the construction supply chain;
• Identify opportunities for price adjustments and dynamically monitor competitor pricing across specific channels (retail, engineering and key accounts), recommending agile actions such as rebates or contractual adjustments to remain competitive without eroding margins;
• Contribute to the development of dynamic pricing strategies and models, including cost-volume-price analysis and channel segmentation (e.g., by engineering project and discounts for large clients), adapted to material volatility;
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to align pricing strategies with corporate objectives, fostering synergies in bids and long-term contracts;
• Master advanced Excel to process market data, develop pricing scenario simulators (modeling variables such as input costs and volumes) and produce critical analyses that support agile decision-making in the construction industry;
• Structure and optimize pricing processes, defining operational flows and governance to improve efficiency across retail, engineering and key account channels;
• Monitor market and company KPIs (e.g., retail market share and project adoption), gathering intelligence on competitors, trends and pricing benchmarks in the construction sector (with a focus on material costs and seasonal demand);
• Calculate and optimize contribution margins and profitability by channel and product, applying advanced pricing methodologies to align with long-term financial objectives;
• Assess the impact of pricing initiatives on key metrics (e.g., promotion ROI and portfolio optimization), identifying risks and opportunities across the construction value chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields;
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and Excel;
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or other data analysis and modeling tools;
• Experience in industry sectors or markets relevant to the company (preferably construction);
• Previous experience in pricing, commercial or market analysis roles;
• Experience with price upload routines using SAP.
