Responsibilities

  • Development of sales strategies
  • Deliver presentations at workshops and sales pitches
  • Organize and support trade show appearances
  • Market and competitor analyses
  • Contract negotiations with tour operators
  • Identification of new sales channels
  • Reporting and KPI optimization

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in a business-related field
  • Sales experience, ideally in the tourism sector
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Business-fluent (negotiation-level) German and English
  • Willingness to travel
