Responsibilities
Proactive telephone outreach with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — your target is about 5 applications daily
Build trust: turn skepticism into confidence — engage family members and patients with understanding and persuasion
Consultation with heart: provide telephone information about our unique care offerings, including assistive devices and home emergency response systems
Support existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach
Documentation & communication: straightforward work with our internal software tools (full training provided)
Requirements
Enjoy speaking with people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
Empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking
Ideally some experience in consulting, customer service, nursing, or the healthcare sector
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Basic technical understanding — comfortable using a laptop, headset, and software tools
