About the role

  • Tender Manager at Windtastics handling EU tenders and customer inquiries. Working closely with clients, preparing offers, and performing market analyses from Bremen.

Responsibilities

  • Handling EU tenders / tender management
  • Processing customer inquiries and independently preparing proposals
  • Regular, personal communication with existing and prospective customers
  • Presenting and explaining services to new clients
  • Conducting market and/or trend analyses
  • Preparing project-specific cost calculations and partial and full maintenance contracts
  • Drafting service agreements with support from the Sales team
  • Regular reporting to the department head and executive management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training or a technical/business degree
  • Professional experience in wind energy is an advantage
  • Experience selling consultative services or products
  • Commercial mindset and customer-focused approach
  • Independent working style as well as planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Negotiation experience with major/key accounts
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and customer databases/CRM systems
  • Excellent English skills
  • Driving license (Class B)
