Responsibilities
Perform MIC platform administration activities (e.g., server shutdown and start-up, verify automatic system operations, manage access groups, perform maintenance on the backup unit, and recover files)
Perform basic network activities (e.g., reset passwords, configure new users, carry out regular maintenance procedures)
Manage computer equipment and technological systems (e.g., desktops and laptops, printers, telephone systems, office phones, cell phones, and alarm systems)
Produce and transmit reports on issues encountered and perform follow-up activities
Compile various statistics and other data on compliance with service standards
Inform the Help Desk Services team of required changes to computer equipment, as needed
Carry out activities related to systems and technological equipment (e.g., activation, configuration, maintenance, and repair)
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
