Responsibilities
Act as the lead and content expert on the analysis of strategic issues within mandates whose scope and impact are major for the organization and may be broad
Advise and support other vice‑presidencies in the positioning, development, execution, implementation, and follow‑up of various strategic mandates under your responsibility
Ensure strategic monitoring to understand and anticipate industry trends in insurance and make appropriate recommendations
Contribute to the development and evolution of policies, standards, models, and programs supporting the unit’s strategic projects and mandates
Work with the organization's senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in strategy development, including experience in internal strategy or with a management/strategy consulting firm
Academic specialization in Business Administration or related field
Experience advising a large corporate clientele
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
