About the role

  • Quality Assurance Coordination Specialist at Desjardins Group ensuring efficiency in international payment solutions. Leading quality assurance efforts and supporting business sectors in the approval phase.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients define their needs.
  • Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to support decision-making for choosing appropriate IT solutions and best practices for quality assurance and application development.
  • Develop complex quality assurance execution strategies, determine their scope and write procedures and guidelines.
  • Analyze risks.
  • Write highly complex reports and test cases, propose solutions and make recommendations.
  • Serve as a specialist on how to implement recommendations.
  • Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
  • Represent the sector in terms of quality assurance practices when dealing with other Desjardins Group or non-Desjardins Group bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of relevant experience, including at least four years coordinating quality assurance teams
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of the payments industry
