About the role

  • Manager responsible for operational planning and talent development at Desjardins Group. Overseeing sales and operations activities in a hybrid work environment based in Montréal.

Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiatives
  • Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations
  • Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention
  • Define and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure entrusted projects are carried through
  • Support the administrative unit’s action plan by successfully managing individual and team performance
  • Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written
  • Action oriented, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Develops talent, Differences, Drive results, Engagement, Nimble learning, Teams
