Responsibilities
- Take part in developing software products, including design, coding, testing and operations, while applying best practices in development, data management and security.
- Help create, develop and maintain the environments required for solutions to run smoothly.
- Provide operational support for the platform, including monitoring, alert management and incident resolution.
- Document technical solutions and practices used to ensure product sustainability, while meeting quality, security and compliance standards.
- Stay on top of technology trends and share best practices and development approaches with the team.
- Analyze system components, change requests and technical issues to propose appropriate solutions.
- Help coordinate, implement and roll out software products in different environments.
- Provide technical support for day-to-day IT operations and follow up on issues with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Experience implementing and configuring SaaS-based software packages
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and/or Adobe AEM 6.5
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of Java web programming (J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
