Responsibilities
Serve, prospect for, solicit, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients
Sell securities products and services through various distribution channels based on member/client needs
Respond to and manage special information requests from clients
Promote and sell specialized products and services in line with the unit’s business objectives and strategies
Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
Analyze member/client needs, develop and implement personalized solutions, and propose integrated service offerings
Support current and potential members and clients, represent the organization, and assist in negotiating agreements with clients
Provide administrative support in compliance, budget monitoring, and management of administrative staff
Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies and procedures
Coordinate with support services to resolve routine operational issues
Supervise deposit processing for client cheques and handle related operational tasks
Assist in recruiting and hiring administrative staff for branches
Requirements
Attestation of Collegial Studies or equivalent college diploma
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
Proficiency in French is required
