About the role

  • Operations Support Agent providing administrative support for disability insurance and assisting with various operational tasks. Requires strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the distribution, processing and filing of documents
  • Help prepare presentations and related documents
  • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
  • Phone members to obtain missing information

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
