Responsibilities
Lead on workstreams across Business Strategy, Marketing Transformation, and Change Management
Develop and manage key client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery
Drive innovation and contribute to developing new strategic service offerings
Collaborate with team members to enhance capabilities and performance
Contribute to supporting delivery of financial and budgetary aspects of projects
Keep abreast of innovations in area(s) of expertise, contributing actively to the knowledge base
Act as a role model sought for views by peers and team
Requirements
5-8 years of consulting experience with a strong background in Marketing Transformation
Proven experience working across marketing projects
Background of working at a leading Media, Marketing or Strategy House or Top Consulting firm
Challenging conventional views and presenting ideas persuasively to gain buy-in
Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation
Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking into executable solutions
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong collaborator who can coordinate and influence a collective team-based client relationship
Confident building relationships and presenting to C-suite clients
Strong international mindset with experience working across markets with regional and global brands
