Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of dentsu ANZ’s communications strategy across external, corporate and internal channels.
Craft compelling narratives that position dentsu’s leaders as thought leaders through storytelling, speaking engagements and partnerships.
Oversee the execution of all external communications activity including managing a proactive and reactive press office.
Build and maintain strong relationships with press, including trade journalists and key industry publications.
Support executive communications including message development and profiling opportunities.
Plan and deliver high-impact employee campaigns that drive employee engagement and reinforce dentsu’s culture and values.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs (ideally in marketing/media/agency environments).
Strong writing and storytelling skills for internal and external audiences.
Proven ability to manage media relations, issues management, and stakeholder communications.
Skilled in digital tools and platforms (e.g., Streem / Meltwater, Sprinklr, Microsoft 365, Canva , LinkedIn).
Demonstrated use and interest of emerging technologies.
Confident working with senior leaders and navigating complex multinational and matrix structures.
Agile & collaborative: comfortable working with a small but dynamic team.
Proactive & hungry: driven to uncover stories that create impact.
Friendly & professional: builds trust and strong relationships internally and externally.
