About the role

  • Clinical Implementation Specialist delivering training and implementation support in digital dentistry. Involves extensive travel to customer sites for training on imaging and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person clinical education, training, and implementation support at customer sites
  • Train clinicians on digital dentistry workflows including CBCT imaging and CAD/CAM solutions
  • Provide clinical and workflow support to customers and internal teams
  • Identify workflow gaps and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and maintain teaching materials
  • Share field feedback to improve training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, Medical Technology, or related field
  • Strong clinical background with hands-on experience in digital dentistry workflows
  • Demonstrated success delivering in-person clinical training and coaching
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage a field schedule
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to ~75%)
