About the role
- Junior Digital Solutions Engineer helping build AI-enhanced tools for Dentons Business Services EMEA. Collaboration with internal clients focused on digital and low-code solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise internal clients on which platform and approach best fits their needs
- Work with stakeholders to design simple, effective digital and AI-enhanced solutions
- Build and maintain SharePoint sites, Power Automate flows and Power Apps
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with product vendors for more complex problems
- Handle incoming requests via email, phone, chat and online meetings
- Support users to ensure they get full value from Digital Solutions products
- Maintain and archive workspaces and solutions in line with governance standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical users
- Strong customer orientation and practical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive requests
- Interest in designing and building solutions on SharePoint and the Power Platform
- Curiosity and willingness to explore and use AI tools, large language models, and AI agents, in daily work
- Advantage: familiarity with HighQ Collaborate or similar collaboration platforms
- Advantage: prior exposure to low-code / no-code tools or basic scripting
