About the role
- Operations Specialist handling investigative cases in remote surveillance division at Delta Group. Collaborating on case management and ensuring compliance with policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence reviews and verify information to ensure compliance with policy.

- Deliver pro-level client & investigator communication via email and phone
- Master our case management system—notes, deadlines, data, everything in one place

- Support teammates, provide input, and help shape better processes

- Assist with special projects identified by the Director
