Responsibilities
- Sustainably support QC operational excellence in close collaboration with local teams and Corporate
- Co-define and implement process improvements and simplifications identified as part of the Kaizen QC project
- Facilitate associated working groups and ensure sustainable implementation of changes
- Drive change management within QC teams
- Deploy, in coordination with Corporate, all LIMS functionalities to automate and digitize QC processes
- Promote best practices and harmonize usage between the site and Corporate
- Serve as the functional LIMS point of contact for Quality Control
- Complete the implementation of analyses in the LIMS: parameterization, configuration, updates and optimizations
- Identify opportunities to optimize analytical processes via the LIMS
- Support user acceptance and tool adoption
- Train, coach and support QC teams
- Contribute to the writing and updating of documentation
- Provide regular progress reporting on actions to the QC manager and project lead
Requirements
- Master’s degree (MSc) in a scientific discipline
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in Quality Control (prior experience as a QC technician is a plus)
- Proficiency with a LIMS or strong ability to rapidly develop LIMS skills
- Good knowledge of Quality processes and GMP requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Good command of technical English (written and spoken)
