About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist at Deliveroo managing global Paid Search and App campaigns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and optimise performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Paid Media Director and channel specialists to support the development and execution of Paid Search and App strategies.
  • Be hands-on in our accounts, optimising complex, high-spending global programs across Google Ads (Search & UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Paid Search, App, and digital marketing.
  • Suggest and execute A/B and incrementality tests across campaigns to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Use enterprise analytics tools (e.g. Looker) to analyse performance and identify insights.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to help deliver technical improvements that improve campaign efficiency and scalability.
  • Take ownership of tracking and pacing allocated budgets, ensuring planned spend is achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, simplifying complexity and building confidence in recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) campaigns
  • Experience with automation, scripts, and ad platform APIs is a strong plus.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimisations. Experience with enterprise tools (e.g. Looker) or advanced spreadsheets is beneficial.
  • Experience managing complex, high-spend campaigns across multiple markets or product lines, ideally within e-commerce, technology, or marketplace environments.
  • Strong communicator with curiosity and ambition to continuously improve. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and drives measurable results.
