Requirements
- Strong interest or academic focus in research coordination, participant recruitment, or project management.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks or academic projects concurrently.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A highly detail-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong follow-through on assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (e.g., academic, club, or prior work setting).
- Basic experience with coordinating logistics and documentation (e.g., scheduling, managing data).
- Familiarity with general tools used for outreach or data tracking (e.g., survey tools, email platforms, spreadsheets).
