About the role

  • Join deinetuete as part of the B2B Sales team to establish a leading brand in sustainable packaging. Engage in customer acquisition and lead generation while developing sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Company building: Become part of the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe.
  • New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—especially in gastronomy, hospitality and retail—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads aligned with our sustainability mission.
  • Customer retention: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open up new markets.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with management, marketing and the supply chain to develop customer‑oriented solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: You already have initial experience in sales.
  • Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
  • Outgoing personality: You are a strong communicator and can quickly build new relationships—by phone, email or in person.
  • Long-term relationship focus: Building long-term customer relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Company building: You want to actively shape growth and enjoy further developing deinetuete as a market leader for sustainable to‑go packaging.
  • Persuasiveness: You can inspire customers and confidently present sustainable packaging solutions as a real value add.
  • Structured & independent working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals—even in a dynamic start‑up environment.
  • Digital affinity: You are comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
  • Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong food brands and understand how custom packaging influences perception and business success.
  • German is your native language.
