Responsibilities
Company building: Become part of the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to‑go packaging in Europe.
New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—especially in gastronomy, hospitality and retail—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
Lead generation: Unlock new customer potential and fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads aligned with our sustainability mission.
Customer retention: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and leverage cross‑selling opportunities.
Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase brand awareness and open up new markets.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with management, marketing and the supply chain to develop customer‑oriented solutions and ensure optimal order fulfillment.
Requirements
Sales experience: You already have initial experience in sales.
Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
Outgoing personality: You are a strong communicator and can quickly build new relationships—by phone, email or in person.
Long-term relationship focus: Building long-term customer relationships comes naturally to you.
