About the role

  • Customer Success Manager supporting B2B clients in the insurance sector. Building relationships and coordinating projects to enhance services and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • As the primary point of contact, you support our corporate clients competently with all questions, concerns, and issues.
  • You build close, trusting relationships and maintain ongoing contact.
  • You lead onboarding and webinars for our B2B clients and their employees.
  • You coordinate projects, track their progress, and ensure agreed objectives are met.
  • In close collaboration with internal teams, you work to continuously improve our services and processes.
  • You collect valuable feedback from our B2B and B2C customers, analyze it, and provide relevant input to our product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • You also produce regular structured reports on project and customer status that serve as the basis for further collaboration.

Requirements

  • You have experience in the insurance and/or banking sector.
  • You hold a valid license under §34d GewO (insurance broker or representative) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Customer satisfaction and long-term client care are your top priorities.
  • You can communicate complex information clearly and understandably, both verbally and in writing.
  • Working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is part of your daily routine.
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
