Responsibilities
Handle all incidents reported by users
Provide remote Level 1 and 2 technical assistance and advice
Manage client requests
Triage anomalies and propose appropriate solutions
Contribute to updating documentation and FAQs
Requirements
Diploma equivalent to BAC+2/3 in IT
Proven experience in interoperability or with Hexagone
Proficiency in interoperability standards: IHEPAM, HL7
Experience with remote support tools
Knowledge of Windows services
SQL query skills are a plus
Good interpersonal skills
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
