About the role

  • Consultant(e) Support Applicatif optimizing WebSuite for healthcare clients. Team collaboration for technical support and assurance of user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Make the use of the WebSuite solution effective and optimal for clients
  • Ensure complete user satisfaction
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support and guidance
  • Handle client requests (advice and troubleshooting)
  • Diagnose software incidents and escalate them to development teams
  • Support and advise clients in the use of our products
  • Track request handling through our ticketing tool
  • Maintain and update our knowledge base

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or a background in healthcare or accounting
  • Knowledge of private-sector billing rules
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented and service-minded
  • Able to quickly understand client needs
  • Able to adapt when handling incidents
  • Discreet and committed to confidentiality
  • Skilled at combining written communication with direct contact (phone, video)
  • Previous experience with WebSuite or a similar solution
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
