Responsibilities
Make the use of the WebSuite solution effective and optimal for clients
Ensure complete user satisfaction
Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support and guidance
Handle client requests (advice and troubleshooting)
Diagnose software incidents and escalate them to development teams
Support and advise clients in the use of our products
Track request handling through our ticketing tool
Maintain and update our knowledge base
Requirements
Degree in computer science or a background in healthcare or accounting
Knowledge of private-sector billing rules
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented and service-minded
Able to quickly understand client needs
Able to adapt when handling incidents
Discreet and committed to confidentiality
Skilled at combining written communication with direct contact (phone, video)
Previous experience with WebSuite or a similar solution
Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Proficiency in English is a plus
