Responsibilities
- Product management to deliver and evolve foundational technologies for multiple internal product domains
- Definition and synchronization of the Integrated Technologies roadmap with other product areas and overall strategy
- Continuous collaboration and alignment with other Product Managers across Dedalus product lines and external partners
- Collection, prioritization, and discussion of requirements from various internal stakeholders and business units
- Support in business case discussions to ensure feasibility and value creation
- Provide technical and functional guidance to development teams and adjacent areas to ensure seamless integration of technology layers
- Drive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and strategic needs
- Actively manage communication about your product towards internal teams, external partners, services, and management
- Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization
Requirements
- MSc in Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- 2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in the field
- Experience in working with partner technologies and background in AI field and/or healthcare are a plus.
- Technology knowledge, experience with AI solutions is a plus
- Self-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customers
- Very good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)
- Strong business acumen and a motivated team player
- Strong communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude
