Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analyses of **quantitative** data (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude) and **qualitative** data (Session Recording, Heatmaps, Surveys) to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in the conversion funnel.
Create, manage and prioritize the *roadmap* of tests (A/B and MVT) using impact/effort frameworks (e.g., PIE/ICE), ensuring experiments are aligned with business and product objectives.
Write detailed test documentation, including variants, success metrics and segmentation criteria, and ensure technical implementation on experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
Perform **rigorous QA** of tests across devices and browsers before and during execution to ensure data integrity and validity.
Monitor test performance daily to identify deviations, technical issues or unexpected impacts.
Conduct **statistical analysis** of test results (significance, confidence intervals), determining whether hypotheses are validated or invalidated.
Create clear, concise reports and presentations, communicating *learnings* and *actionable insights* to Product Managers, Designers, Leadership and other *stakeholders*.
Recommend rollout of winning tests to the development team or iterate with new tests, ensuring knowledge gained is applied for continuous product improvement.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to optimize *wireframes* and *designs* based on data, and with Development teams to launch new features.
Serve as the team's CRO specialist, promoting a **culture of experimentation** and staying up to date on market trends and new tools.
Requirements
Intermediate English.
Experience running Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs and A/B/MVT testing on high-traffic digital platforms (e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile apps).
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Amplitude for funnel analysis, audience segmentation and drop-off identification.
Familiarity with enterprise-level A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Google Optimize, Amplitude, Statsig). Knowledge of Client-Side and Server-Side testing and progressive rollout strategies.
Ability to use tools like Hotjar, Clarity or similar (Session Recording, Heatmaps, Surveys) to complement quantitative analysis and understand user behavior.
Understanding of statistical principles (significance, confidence intervals, sample size) applied to A/B testing to ensure result validity.
Nice to have:
• SQL knowledge: ability to query and manipulate large datasets (Big Data) for deeper analysis.
• Basic technical knowledge: familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript to perform QA of tests and implement small front-end adjustments directly in experimentation tools.
• Certifications: certifications in Google Analytics, CRO or experimentation platforms.
• Agile experience: familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Trello).
• UX/UI: understanding of User Experience and User Interface principles to support hypothesis generation for tests.
