Responsibilities
Partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build our Engineering teams
Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the company
Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent
Build and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidates
Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness
Operate with a “one team” mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals
Requirements
6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering roles
Proven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive markets
Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profiles
Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
