Responsibilities

  • Attend to and log requests, instruct and provide support to clients and users
  • Provide remote support
  • Provide system guidance
  • Assist service providers according to requests
  • Create documentation
  • Create customer workflows
  • Provide training

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication with emphasis on clarity and empathy
  • Ability to log and manage requests
  • Ability to guide users on the use of systems or platforms
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems (e.g., web systems, remote access, basic configurations)
  • Proactive in finding solutions and following requests through to resolution
