Responsibilities

Ensure the company's compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
Respond to requests and questions from business areas regarding the applicability of the LGPD;
Support the personal data inventory within the privacy platform;
Provide strategic insight and act as an internal consultant on privacy topics;
Handle data subject rights requests;
Use Data Discovery, Data Mapping and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools;
Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA);
Interact with Legal, IT, Compliance and business teams;
Interpret risks and propose practical solutions;
Manage projects and deliver privacy training;
Assess privacy risks in AI and machine learning models;
Be solution-oriented with analytical and strategic thinking; be dynamic, proactive, organized, have a sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Network Security, Data Processing (Technologist), Compliance and Risk Management, or related fields;
Proficiency with OneTrust;
Familiarity with AI technologies applied to privacy;
Experience in the financial/banking sector;
Familiarity with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST and COBIT;
Experience with reporting and dashboard automation tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel);
Knowledge of Digital Law and technology infrastructure;
Advanced knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), GDPR and related privacy regulations;
Knowledge of consent management mechanisms and cookie management;
Experience in risk assessment and implementing action plans to improve and align personal data protection;
Knowledge of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default methodologies;
Knowledge of data architecture, information classification and data governance;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
