Responsibilities
Provide customer service via email and phone;
Communicate with terminals and shipping lines via email and phone;
Manage and verify all shipment documentation (MBL and HBL);
Track shipments on carriers' websites;
Perform queries and corrections in the Mercante system;
Maintain daily contact with international agents;
Execute container re‑destination;
Monitor vessel berthing/docking daily.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Spanish is a plus;
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
Experience working with freight agents and/or NVOCCs is desirable;
Knowledge of maritime import procedures;
Ability to interpret situations, positive attitude, curiosity, teamwork, willingness to learn, and a proactive, dynamic approach.
