Responsibilities
You'll wear many hats, acting as a technical expert and customer advocate while partnering closely with our account executive and customer success teams in Europe.
Dive deep into DBeaver's features and become a product expert.
Deliver engaging demos and presentations that showcase DBeaver's capabilities to help potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customers' needs. You'll be the technical voice by leveraging your understanding of databases and the surrounding ecosystem to tailor solutions and ensure a perfect fit.
Provide timely, expert pre-sales support to resolve potential issues and concerns during the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Engage with customers and partners through training workshops, sales and marketing materials, and industry events.
Be a continuous learner, researching the competition and keeping up with the latest database management trends.
Requirements
Previous experience with technical sales or in a technical customer- or user-facing role
Experience working with various types of databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other SQL-based database. Bonus points for experience with database management tools!
Clear and concise communication + the ability to tailor your message and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
