Responsibilities
Monitor all stages of the software development lifecycle (planning, requirements, design, coding, testing and internal/external deliveries);
Conduct internal training and software process audits, ensuring adherence to standards, methodologies and techniques;
Manage and monitor corrective actions, reporting non-conformities and ensuring compliance with established requirements and plans;
Prepare and review project documentation, and support proposal development and budget control;
Create, update and optimize processes and procedures, promoting continuous improvement;
Support activities related to the certification of subcontractors involved in software development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
Advanced English;
Knowledge of Software Development/Engineering methodologies and processes;
Experience with management and development tools (requirements, testing, configuration management) and proficiency with MS Office;
Knowledge of standards and guidance such as DO-178, MIL-STD, CMMI, ISO, and requirements engineering;
Previous experience in Software Quality Assurance;
Experience with audit processes and familiarity with civil and/or military aviation regulations is a plus.
