About the role

Responsibilities
- Active participation in our IT Service Desk team providing 1st- and 2nd-level support
- Central point of contact for our employees for all IT-related questions regarding the digital workplace
- Issue, administration and lifecycle management of IT equipment (clients/workstations, mobile devices, accessories)
- Management of the leased printer fleet, including coordination and oversight of external service providers
- Delivery of end-user training on Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and mobile devices
- Participation in the planning, design and implementation of modern IT infrastructure and workplace solutions
- Optional: Support in network operations and documentation (LAN / WAN / WLAN)
Requirements
- Completed IT-specific training (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist) or an equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and in service-oriented IT environments
- Confident handling of Windows client systems and common enterprise software
- Ideally: experience with printer and print server operations
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN) is desirable
- Strong service and customer orientation, team spirit and an independent, structured working style
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
