Responsibilities

Planificar y llevar a cabo visitas físicas y virtuales a puntos de venta
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias y tácticas en el canal de farmacia
Coordinar reuniones de gestión ágil para revisar hallazgos derivados de indicadores clave
Requirements
5 a 6 años de experiencia en Ventas / Trato directo con cliente
1 a 2 años de experiencia/Conocimiento de trade marketing y Plan de ciclo operativo e impacto
Excelente habilidad para la negociación y resolución de conflictos (toma de decisiones)
Gran capacidad de análisis
Indispensable habilidad de gente y experiencia comprobada de liderazgo manejando equipos de más de 16 personas
