About the role
- Product Manager responsible for compliance management platform development at Proliance. Focus on ISMS and AI compliance readiness for B2B SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product ownership for at least two modules of our compliance management platform Proliance 360 — from discovery and concept through implementation and rollout
- Further development of our platform with a focus on ISMS and AI compliance readiness, and on product solutions with clear customer value
- Independently implement smaller features, prototypes and product improvements — AI-assisted and in close coordination with Engineering, Design and Compliance Tech
- Identify and implement meaningful AI use cases and actively evolve AI-powered product features
- Create and prioritize user stories, specifications, documentation and backlogs in close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product management, a technical product role, or a comparable interface function — ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
- Technical understanding of modern software development and the ability to independently implement smaller features, prototypes or technical solutions — ideally with initial exposure to common web technologies from our stack
- Experience using modern AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Good sense for meaningful AI use cases in digital products
- Analytical and structured working style and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product solutions
- Excellent German and English skills and, ideally, initial exposure to data protection, compliance or ISMS
