Responsibilities

Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within growth, engagement, or subscription-based products.
Proven experience owning user journeys that introduce advanced or premium capabilities at scale.
Strong understanding of how product usage, value realization, and habit formation influence customer subscription decisions.
Experience with experimentation, funnel analysis, and data-informed prioritization.
Comfort owning business-adjacent outcomes while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
Experience with AI-powered, creative, or content-rich products is a plus.
