Responsibilities

Help document processes and create SOPs to improve marketing team efficiency.
Assist with content production workflows, including coordination, scheduling, and organization of marketing assets.
Support the use of AI tools to accelerate content creation, documentation, and internal marketing processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and reporting.
Requirements
Current student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program (Co-op eligible).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you enjoy checklists and timelines).
Comfortable working in tools like Notion and learning new systems quickly (HubSpot experience is a plus, not required).
Interest in B2B marketing, cybersecurity, and startup environments.
Clear written communication skills and willingness to document processes.
