- Lead the evolution of our financial data ecosystem.
- Manage infrastructure and own Data Assets.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Data Analyst and Power BI Experts.
- Transform raw data into high-value Data Products.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated pipelines using dbt.
- Shift from static reporting to Data Product development using Power BI.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define and standardize core business metrics.
- Empower non-technical stakeholders by building "Certified Semantic Models".
- Lead and grow a team of Data Engineers, Architects, and BI Experts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data/Analytics, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience launching internal data products or tools that achieved high user adoption.
- Expert knowledge of the Snowflake + dbt + Power BI ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication skills—ability to pitch a "data product" vision to the C-suite.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, economics, etc.
- MBA or Master’s in quantitative disciplines such as analytics, MIS, etc.
