Responsibilities
Professionally accept and log incoming software and hardware issues in a large-customer environment
Handle incidents in the ticketing system: prioritization, classification and documentation
Perform error analysis and initiate appropriate corrective measures
Provide first-line assistance and solutions via remote support
Escalate incidents to downstream teams when necessary
Requirements
IT affinity and strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are a plus
Confident handling of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
Nice to have: completed vocational training in IT or professional experience in IT support
