About the role

• Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bei DATAGROUP in Neu-Isenburg. Unterstützung des IT-Operations-Teams und systematische Lösung von IT-Störungen.

Responsibilities

• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral devices in heterogeneous networks — in short, operating a professional IT landscape.
• Supporting the IT operations team, including administration of operating systems and databases.
• Systematically identifying and resolving IT incidents — you’ll become the person who fixes problems before anyone can shout, “Why isn’t this working?!”
• Acquiring commercial/business skills that you will confidently apply in IT service projects.

Requirements

• You’re a good fit if you’re personable, communicative, open-minded, and have a strong interest in IT topics.
• It’s important that you want to keep learning, are enthusiastic about innovative technologies, and curious about your apprenticeship.
• You have a very good secondary school certificate (Realschule) with a technical/commercial focus, or a good Abitur/Fachabitur (high school diploma) — candidates who have left university are also welcome.
• You have good skills in mathematics, German, English, and Microsoft Office.
• You have basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
• You already have some experience with programming languages.
• Your strengths include flexible, analytical, and systematic thinking.
• You are a team player with a strong work ethic and initiative.
