About the role

  • Trainer Consultant responsible for developing and delivering training on SAP and Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Collaborating with clients to assess training needs and designing effective training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and gain the client’s approval of a Training Needs Assessment by collaborating with the client’s key stakeholders, assessing the skills and knowledge gaps across impacted departments and roles.
  • Define, document, and gain the client’s approval of training target groups, including end users, power users, and administrators, tailoring content to the specific needs of each group.
  • Define, document, set, and gain the client’s approval for clear Learning Objectives for each training session or module, ensuring they align with the overall goals of the project.
  • Define, document, and gain the client’s approval for the appropriate delivery methods for the training, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and self-paced e-learning.
  • Create, document, and gain the client’s approval for a detailed training timeline that schedules the rollout of training sessions, balancing project milestones with employee availability.
  • Develop, document, and gain the client’s approval for a process for evaluating the effectiveness of the training program, including pre- and post-training assessments, quizzes, and surveys to gather feedback from participants.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, with the ability to engage learners and effectively transfer knowledge.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions for a high-volume contact center.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering training for the SAP S/4 HANA system.
  • A minimum of 2 implementation project experiences in delivering training for Tolling Back Office Agents.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, ideally using Articulate 360, or similar e-learning tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or Moodle.
  • The ability to become familiar with the technical aspects of UBOS and the ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly training material.
