About the role

  • Marketing Team Lead for Danpower Group developing marketing strategies from analysis to execution in the energy sector. Leading a growing team to strengthen brand recognition and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a holistic marketing strategy for the Danpower Group, from target audience analysis to a cross-channel marketing mix
  • Shape brand positioning to strengthen market recognition
  • Plan and manage B2B and B2C campaigns including social media, web and traditional formats
  • Responsible for the marketing budget and planning the efficient use of resources
  • Analyze market and competitor trends and develop concrete measures
  • Provide functional and line management for a growing marketing team
  • Report directly to executive management and work closely with them and the team on the strategic direction of marketing

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with relevant further training (e.g., IHK Fachwirt Marketing)
  • Professional experience and expertise in marketing/communications, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge of brand management, employer branding, brand strategy and digital marketing in a tech-oriented environment
  • Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, social ads, Google Analytics, Adobe)
  • Practical experience with AI-based content creation and automation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Good knowledge of English is an advantage
