Responsibilities
Develop a holistic marketing strategy for the Danpower Group, from target audience analysis to a cross-channel marketing mix
Shape brand positioning to strengthen market recognition
Plan and manage B2B and B2C campaigns including social media, web and traditional formats
Responsible for the marketing budget and planning the efficient use of resources
Analyze market and competitor trends and develop concrete measures
Provide functional and line management for a growing marketing team
Report directly to executive management and work closely with them and the team on the strategic direction of marketing
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with relevant further training (e.g., IHK Fachwirt Marketing)
Professional experience and expertise in marketing/communications, ideally in the energy sector
Solid knowledge of brand management, employer branding, brand strategy and digital marketing in a tech-oriented environment
Confident use of digital tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, social ads, Google Analytics, Adobe)
Practical experience with AI-based content creation and automation tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German
Good knowledge of English is an advantage
