About the role
- Design, implement, and optimize production processes that meet quality, safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards, while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead cross-functional industrialization projects for new products, including PFMEA, Control Plans, risk analysis, layout planning, and production ramp-up coordination.
- Develop and maintain standardized production documentation and methods, ensuring alignment across teams and updates based on operational feedback.
- Analyze production costs and feasibility for new lines, and identify investment opportunities and automation strategies through technological benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and strategic alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with significant experience in manufacturing environments; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge in pneumatics, mechanics, automation, machining, and assembly systems.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing tools; Green Belt certification is a strong asset.
- Fluent in professional English (B2 level); comfortable working with international teams and suppliers.
- Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and SolidWorks.
- Team-oriented, rigorous, proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong communication and leadership skills.
